Our mission is to assist international students in getting a job in Japan.
Therefore, we are now recruiting students for internships at Next Stage Asia.
Through this internship program you will join our team and help international students in job hunting.
Although, there are many Japanese companies that are in need of international students, it unfortunately still is very difficult for the students to actually find those companies.
This is where we come into play. We work hard to assist Japan loving international students studying here to smoothly find a job.

外国人留学生の就職活動の支援が私たちの仕事です。
幅広い事業展開を行っている私たちですが、
今回は、大学生でインターンに参加してくれる人を広く募集したいと考えています。

今回のインターンでは、
外国人留学生の就職活動の支援を行っていただきます。

現在、外国人留学生を必要としている企業がありますが、
留学生はその企業に上手にたどり着くことができていません。

そこで私たちは、日本が好きで学びに来てくれている留学生のために、
彼らが日本で上手に就職できるように、一生懸命に支援していきたいと考えています。

なぜやるのか

There are a lot of excellent foreign students in Japan.
From the point of view of a non-Japanese, the job hunting process in Japan seems rather unusual and international students in Japan have difficulties to survive in that jungle. As a result most of them are not able to find a job and return to their home country. Even though they came here to study the Japanese language, culture and manners, and have a strong will to work in Japan, they sadly end up going back.

By supporting international students in job hunting we strive to make:
・the international students happy
・the Japanese companies happy
・the Japanese economy happy

外国から日本に留学に来ている学生には優秀な方がたくさんいます。
しかし、日本での就活のやり方は世界から見れば独特なため、
留学生は就職活動を上手に行うことができていません。

そのため、ほとんどの留学生は日本で就職できずに母国に帰ってしまっています。
せっかく日本に来て日本語や日本の文化を学び、
日本で就職したいと言ってくれているのに、
就職活動がうまくできていない現状はかわいそすぎます。

私たちが外国人留学生の就職活動を応援することで、
・留学生もハッピー
・日本の企業もハッピー
・日本経済もハッピー
という状況を作り上げていきたいと思っています。

Issues the international students have when job hunting in Japan

・Screening processes including SPI-tests based on very difficult Japanese
・New graduate recruitment starts a lot too early and has mostly already ended when graduation gets close
・Job hunting period in Japan is too early
・Difficulties in judging which companies are suitable and which not
・No company information sessions for international students

It is our job to solve such issues by matching excellent international students with suitable companies, and thereby creating a “Win-Win” situation.

・足切りに使われる、難しい日本語で書かれたSPIテストがある
・企業が新卒募集をしている時期が早すぎて卒業間近には閉じてしまっている
・企業の採用時期が日本は特殊で、時期も早すぎる
・どの企業が良いのか、日本人のような判断軸を持てていない
・留学生向けの会社説明会を開いてくれていない

こんな留学生の就職活動の悩みを解決しているのが私たちの仕事です。
優秀な留学生を探している企業と、留学生をリアルにマッチングすることで、
すべてが「WIN-WIN」になるようなサービスを提供していくため、私たちは頑張っています。

どうやってやっているのか

Not only will we search and introduce suitable companies to international students, but we also search and introduce excellent international students to Japanese companies.
This is where you come in. We would like you to do the following tasks during the internship:

・Search for excellent international students in Japan and convince them to register for our services
・Search for companies in need of international students and propose our services
・Matching excellent international students and companies
・Gathering international students on Facebook, Twitter etc.

Student and company matching, as simple as that.
No one is better suited for this work than an understanding student. Let’s work on this together.

企業のためには、優秀な留学生を探し出して紹介してあげるし、
留学生のためには、最適な企業を探し出してきて紹介してあげます。

具体的には、下記のような業務を担ってもらいたいと考えています。

・日本に来ている優秀な外国人留学生を探して、当社に登録してもらいます。
・留学生を必要としている企業を探し出して留学生を採用する提案訪問をしてもらいます。
・日本に学びに来ている優秀な外国人留学生と企業のマッチングを行ってもらいます。
・Facebookやツイッター等で留学生を集めてもらいます。

留学生と企業のマッチング、 仕事の内容は単純です。
留学生の就職活動を支援するため、ぜひ力を貸してください。お願いします。

Internship description

・Supporting excellent international students studying in Japan in their job hunting process.

・Finding international students that have troubles job hunting in Japan and convince them to register for our services
・Using Facebook or other web channels to reach out to international students and gather them
・Searching companies which are in need of international students, and recommending hiring such
・Interviewing international students and giving them advice about job hunting in Japan
・Advising international students about job interviews at Japanese companies
・Thinking from the standing point of the companies, searching for excellent international students and sharing information about the Japanese companies with them

Requirements

・Being a student (international students are welcome as well)
・Being able to work 3 to 5 days a week during summer holidays
・Wanting to help international students during the job hunting process

Compensation

・￥1000 / hour (up to ￥8000 a day)

Acquirable skills

・Deep understanding about job hunting circumstances for University students
・Experience of working at a consulting company
・Becoming friends with international students
・Business development skills

・Understanding of web marketing strategies

仕事内容

日本に学びに来ている優秀な外国人留学生の就職活動を応援する仕事です。

具体的には…

・就職活動で困っている、もしくは困るであろう外国人留学生を探し出し、
　私たちに登録することをお勧めします。
・Facebookなどのウェブ媒体を活用して、留学生を集めます。
・留学生を必要としている企業、もしくは留学生を採用した方が良いだろうという企業を探し出し、留学生採用をお勧めします。
・留学生と面談して、就職活動のアドバイスや相談に乗ります。
・留学生が企業に面接等で接触する際のアドバイスを行います。
・企業に代わって、最良な留学生を探し出して企業情報を提供します。

応募条件

・学生であること（外国人も可能）
・夏休みの期間中、週３-５日間の労働ができること
・留学生の就職活動を応援したいと思っていること

・時給1000円（1日上限8000円）
